Transforming the optical sales tool model

Digital sales tool for one of Europe's largest distributors of eyewear.

Rodenstock is a German producer of quality eyewear with long traditions stretching back to 1877. Today, it's one of Europe's largest distributor of optical frames with brands like Porsche Design, Rocco and their own brand in their portfolio.

For a long time, their model was solely based on physical touring around retailers in order to promote and distribute their collections. DAYTWO was commissioned to digitalise their Nordic sales distribution service with a web-based catalogue and ordering system, to be used by retailers directly and also in conjunction with sales fairs and other promotional activities.

The focus was put on creating an intuitive and effective bulk ordering system, as well as presenting the catalogue of new and current frames in an immersive way to help the retailers get a good feel of the products without physical inspections.
