Job description

As a UX designer at DAYTWO, you will work with user centric design processes and be a part of the development of new digital products and services. You will get plenty of responsibilities and a big say in all projects.

You will:

Use strategic thinking in order to deliver good user experiences with emphasis on customer needs and client business goals.

Work directly with clients and end users and design solutions in iterative design processes, observation studies, user interviews, user ratings and other forms of qualitative and quantitive learnings in order to gain insights about user behaviour.

Convert visions into clear concepts and designs that demonstrate simplicity extracted from complex systems.

Use industry standards and best practice in order to define and implement design criteria, guidelines and specifications.

Work closely with advisors and concept developers and plan, prioritise, coordinate and lead user spec analysis, task analysis, conceptual modelling, interaction design and user testing.

Work closely with the development team and direct the design process, make decisions, find errors and secure that design specifications are implemented. Participate in and develop design thinking within DAYTWO.

Experience

We hope you have:

Good experience with interaction design and/or information architecture projects.

An ability to produce user specs, personas, storyboards, scenarios, user flow charts, wireframes, design prototypes and designs specs.

Good knowledge of design and prototyping tools.

Knowledge and experience with a range of methods to convey ideas and concepts. (e.g. storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, etc.)

An ability to advise clients and lead UX design processes and convert client strategy into solid action points.

The skills needed to write and execute user questionnaires and testing.

The ability to run projects independently and be a good team member.

A strategic and conceptual brain and is able to see the bigger picture.

View content in the same context as design, structure and concepts.
